Amanda Priddy, the founder, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of cross-industry experience, featuring a distinguished decade-long specialization in comprehensive litigation and trial work. She works closely with lead counsel on case-specific details, reducing the risk of miscommunication and missed deadlines or assignments. Ms. Priddy specializes in jury trials for State and Federal civil litigation, as well as Federal criminal defense, and is available to travel nationwide.

"Welcome! I'm Amanda Priddy (formerly Slyter), and I'm delighted you've visited my page! Originally from Arizona and raised in Northeast Texas, I began my career as a restaurateur right out of high school, managing multiple independent restaurants for a decade, where I honed my skills in operations and customer service. My passion for aviation led me to roles as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at an aircraft training facility and a light sport distribution center, all while pursuing my FAA private pilot license, navigating a divorce, and raising my children. I also dedicate time to life coaching, professional organizing, virtual assistance, and, eventually, paralegal services for solo attorneys. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in psychology, an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, and dozens of certificates across multiple fields. I am also a Notary Public for the State of Texas. In 2013, I made a significant move back to Texas, settling in the DFW area, and fully committed to a career in the legal field. I've gained diverse experience across many areas of law and collaborated with numerous attorneys. After rebranding my business a few times, including the prior company I founded, Slyter Legal Solutions, LLC, I've settled on the name Signature Legal Solutions, LLC. My business has always operated independently and remains solely owned by me, with no affiliation or ownership by any other entity or individual. In 2022, I became a certified mediator to support families in conflict, drawing from my personal experience as a parental alienation survivor. I continue to empower others through occasional life coaching, helping individuals reach their goals and realize their full potential. I also founded Priddy Virtual Assistants (AmandaPriddy.com), providing virtual services tailored to small businesses outside the legal sector.
